These days all soaps will say anything to get people to guy their products, I have tried so many soaps in my days that they all works the same.

I have not seen a bar or a bodywash that will say mild soap on it anymore.

The only mild soap that I can think of is "Ivory" which really dried your skin out.

So the best thing you can do is check out their websites and read about their ingredients they use to determined what type you want to use.

If you are looking for a mild soap your best bet is a baby soap.

If the package says "mild soap" that's a good clue.

I would say Ivory is the best soap.
