There would usually be a civil trial when something like this happens, but, in this case, there was no civil trial. So far, there is no truth and justice.

The decision was announced to wage war against the Taliban and Al Qaeda in retribution for the 9/11 attacks. The following morning on September 12th, the news headlines indelibly pointed to "state sponsorship" of the 9/11 attacks.

You see first there was September 10, and then 10+1=11 so it seemed like the natural progression of the calendar.
The muslims were probing and testing the strength and will of 'the people of the book''. The 'people of the book' means Christians and Jews'. The first wave of muslim invaders- immigrants-- gave the fundamental muslims encouragement that the time may be ripe to take America down. The infiltrated muslims have been sending money back to the homeland muslims which has allowed them to expand their ability to run their madrassas and teach more and more muslims how to attack and kill the 'people of the book'. The overall goal is to restore their lost evil caliphate and rule the whole world. The biggest obstacle to that goal is America and its freedoms.
They have been a bit shocked that America has the will to defend itself and take out the countries that have been harboring and encouraging this terrorism.
The Bush (Senior) administration wanted to beat the Saudis up so they gave Al Queda weapons and taught them how to militarize.
After ignoring the growing threat of psychopaths running around killing people with U.S. Weapons they eventually grew strong enough to carry out an attack on U.S. Soil (we were.... kind of harassing them.)
September 11th happens every year naturally.
They wanted to get us out of the middle east they expected us to be to weak to come after them....but we did we killed those bastards
because That guy hated America and Americans.
So thats why they hijacked everything
