It was a shocking way to go because no one would have guessed that the random girl just slashes at Angie for no reason. I hope we get more answers next episode.
I think that the reason she died is because she still wanted to kill Big Jim. Julia figured out that the dome wanted to stop the killing, and since that brunette girl (my theory is that she was born from the egg that Julia threw into the lake) is basically the dome herself, she killed Angie.
It was for me, 'cause I really liked Angie! I'll really hate to see her go.
they did mention in the promo ads for the show that two characters were going to die, and new characters were being added...
I was suprised too. I think it should be like that.

I watched the new episode in the new season of Under the Dome. What I want to know is, was the ending meant to be that, some random spade slashes through the girl (forgot her name). Is it me, or is that kind of weird. :)
