I love Walking Dead (used to watch PLL and Once Upon A Time) and I also love The Following. Super excited about the new episodes coming out!
I recommend Hannibal the TV Show. The new (season 2) doesn't come out till February 28th, so you have time to catch up and watch the first season. Its about CIA/FBI (not sure which) solving (many) serial killer mysteries, and internal character conflict (relationships/friendships). Its also VERY gross (I'm assuming you can handle gore because of Walking Dead) and one of the main characters is a cannibal and GUESS WHAT? He actually secretly feeds the FBI the victims their looking for but they have no idea since he's so funny and clever! :) I'm sure you'll like it.
I also recommend Criminal Minds. I've recently become addicted to it. My favourite character is Reid, because he's the loveable dork, and can't get a date because he's so silly. :P They have a new case every episode and its high pace and has humor as well as mind games and internal character drama. Its actually a very good show and I'm surprised I've liked it so much (since I'm picky with which characters I like...).

I too love watching the Walking Dead and while watching that show one they advertised a show called "Rectify" which is on Sundance and is a very good show and it is best to start with Season 1 very first episode so that you can get the drift of what it is really all about....the Season 2 will start in the spring.
Also the new Dallas is a good one too which will be starting up soon! (new season)
