These are all opinions. It honestly depends on the person. As of late, "Breaking Bad" is the highest rated television series.
Because you posted this with comedy, I assume that's what you're looking for. Some really funny shows I like are Raising Hope, Enlisted, Chuck, and Parks and Recreation. All of these shows make me laugh so hard I cry every time I watch them.
I don't know what you have already seen, so I'll suggest a few like how I met your mother, big bang theory, friends, sirens, fresh prince of bel air and criminal minds.
