Romney as was pointed out by the president has flip flopped his positions on the middle east several times.
He did want to leave between ten and thirty thousand troops in Iraq, and that is a matter of record if you take the time to look it up.
It didn't seem as though Romney has any experience at all in foreign affairs. He can't save 5 trillion on tax cuts and at the same time add 2 trillion to the military. Again, no specifics from Romney in the debate or even on his website he told us to look at. It seemed his strategy was to agree more with the President and throw him off. Everything he suggested he would do in the mideast is already being done. Romney didn't look presidential at all.
We had a good discussion, I think and it was a nice bar with good drinks. Okay, we didn't solve what to do with a horseshoe but very good points were made for nailing it over the door with the loop down and some with the loop up like a rainbow. With the loop upside-down, the Devil can sit on the ends but with the loop like a bow, good luck could slide right off. The one good point was that you should nail the horseshoe tightly above the door because for a big iron shoe to fall on your head would be really bad luck.
According to rhe BBC this morning Obama won it. I dont know not being an American.
Tonight is the night of the real debate where we can here different opinions. http://www.dailypaul.com/259940/c-span-t...
It was a pretty close one, but I think Mitt Romney did a good job, and Obama said that America is better off than before he took office, but Romney point out to the facts that we are struggling and not doing better. But there are some very little that they agree on something relating going after threats to America.
Romney was more straight forward than Obama, and at the conclusion, Romney says he'll turn it around and support human rights, and Obama slips saying that he wants control, that's my thoughts what's yours?
