Alright mate, here's what you do:
Go through ALL OF YOUR CLOTHES.
Check the laundry room too, maybe whoever does your laundry found it while they were doing the cleaning and left it on the laundry machine or whatever you have.
Try to remember what you were wearing last time you saw it.
Ask your whole family.
If worse comes to worse, just let the universe do what it wants. It may just randomly show up again.

Did you mean the USB cable or USB Drive?
USB cable - You can get one at the nearest electronic store for few bucks. Its not that much expensive.
USB Drive (Pen drive) - It may be a bit expensive depends on the capacity that you are looking for. But it isn't that expensive either.

If it's to a camera you can just take out the SD card and plug that into your computer. (Sorry this doesn't really answer your question, it's just a solution to try.)
if u lost it u lost it.. simple as that. if u didnt save it to ur cpu as well there is nothing to can do about it. u should always save anything what u are doing or wanna keep to ur USB and ur cpu files..

I am pretty sure I lost my USB. I have searched for it everywhere and I have even looked up on websites but I just couldn't find it.
