What do you think The Doctor's name is?

The Doctor, what ever his true name is it would be Gallifrian and not John Smith

I think there was a story where the Doctor said that his name is unpronounceable to humans, and that's probably something I'd go with. Otherwise, there's always Theta Sigma, the name he went by at the Academy.

I love Dr. Who, but his name probably couldn't be said in any human language. In one episode, Clara finds it in a book and almost says it. She cod probably read it because the TARDIS translates in language for its passengers. There are also multiple episodes where it is revealed, such as the Trenzalore episode.

Cheers! :)

It would have changed everytime he regenerated, because he is basically a different (even though he's the same) person every time.

I wanted to get some opinions on what you think the doctor's name is. I have a theory that his name really is John Smith but it's so simple that everyone assumes it can't be that. Thoughts?
