I don't understand how people can think 9/11 was worse..
No tragedy can compare to that of a parent losing a child and never knowing what happenend to them. For the rest of their lives they can never have closure..they will never have a body to bury...a place they can go to to pay their respects to their child. They suffer on a daily basis wondering what horrible pain they may have experienced before their death. It's heartbreaking.
To answer your question; I think 9/11 was a huge tragedy simply because it was a hate crime and it was planned . The titanic was an avoidable accident ...tragic yes afcourse but it was still an accident that was not planned.
Both is a result on the incompetent of others. But they made a love tragedy movie for titanic. So my answer ia titanic
