I watch that show too. Prison is not at all like that, at least a high max security one. You get pushed around a lot, you always have to look over your shoulder, you spend most of your hours locked up in your cell, and the food is disgusting. If prison were like how it's depicted on OITNB I wouldn't mind going there, lol.
no that's not what prison is like at all...that's why I have a hard time with it. If you wanna know what prison is like, you can watch Lock Up..it's on Friday and Saturday nights on MSNBC.
Prison life is terrible. My brother in law is there, and tv shows don't portray it very well.
