Admiral Marcuses ship (I think "the Punisher") - 2wice the size, 3 times the speed
(one fantastic ship - designed for operation by minimal crew - 1 ! if necessary )

Probably about two feet. I had one on my dresser when i was a kid it had lights and everything.
The newer films probably use computer graphics instead of models. Hate to bring you back to reality like this but someone has to do it.
