Actually, at this point, we have to /not/ know it. The name itself hasn't been established. What has been established is that it's not something that the Doctor can share with just anyone or just any time.

That line is one big tease. It's how the Doctor responded to the fact that River Song knows his name. For a while, it seemed implied that the one time he could would be at his wedding. Then it turned out (spoilers) that he /didn't/ give his name when he married her. It also turned out that he's been married a number of times -- probably as the First Doctor, at least once as the Tenth Doctor, and at least twice as the Eleventh. So much for that.
River knows it. We don't know how. Clara knew it. She read it in a book in the Doctor's library. Then time was rewound for her and she forgot. At least a few Time Lords on Gallefrey know it, but they're not telling us.
The fact that the Doctor's natural name is a secret has become a very big deal. It's such a big deal that we'll probably see another fifty years of programming before the name is revealed.
I would not be surprised if his name is, in fact, revealed for the first time during the 100th Aniversary special. On the other hand, I would not be surprised if his name remains a secret even after all that time.
The name is intentionally left unknown. It has been an in-joke since the the first episode in 1963 that his name is never revealed. The doctor has to have a little mystery about him that keeps the audience guessing. If we know absolutely everything there is to know about the Doctor then the show would get stale and die. Nobody wants to see that happen. So I am quite happy to let that sleeping secret lie dormant for eternity.
No one really knows it, not even the number one biggest superfan of the show because throughout the entire run of Doctor Who, you can watch every single episode you want, but it's never really mentioned. He just is The Doctor.
It's kind of one of the things that makes the Doctor mysterious, even in the Doctor Who world, only the Doctor actually knows it and his human companions who go along with him don't know it. (except River Song)
