I never got into the Joss Whedon shows like Firefly and Buffy, but I know I should go back and watch them because I love what he's done with The Avengers and I love Dr. Horrible. Plus I watched couple episodes of Buffy a really long time ago and I remember liking it. Anyways my favorite TV show of all time is probably The Wire. It's such an ambitious show with so many great characters. Here are my favorite TV Shows:

Mystery Science Theater 3000!
Graceland!!!! It's on USA it is the best show ever!!!! It's about A group of undercover agents from various law enforcement agencies in the United States, including the DEA, the FBI, and the ICE, live together in a confiscated Southern California beach house known as "Graceland". It focuses on a rookie FBI agent Mike Warren who is assigned to the house fresh out of Quantico training for a mysterious mission as well as having to deal with his other undercover mission as a bodyguard of a known drug dealer.
I'm right there with you, I have worn out my DVDs from how many times I've seen Buffy, never gets old, I'm sure another Buffy fanatic like yourself knows what i'm talking about. Buffy by far the greatest tv show on earth. One Tree Hill,The OC, and How I Met Your Mother should get some honourable mentions though, but nothing will beat Buffy lol
Loved Buffy also but my favorite show of all time is Supernatural.
