My little sister is 13 too and she still watches Disney Channel. Not all teenagers are into Pretty Little Liars or Duck Dynasty. She's not too old. In fact, I still watch Disney, some of their shows are pretty good. Don't worry about it. My sister also watched the Food Network and Modern Family.

You are never too old or too young to stop watching shows i am 25 and still watch old Nickelodeon shows from the 90s the era i grew up in. She is a pre-teen many PreTeens watch Disney they got great shows for them on there. I only watch the Disney Channel if they play some Disney Movies
