Sitcoms: New Girl, 2 Broke Girls, The Big Bang Theory, How I met Your Mother
You would like the above sitcoms s they are as good as Scrubs (not similar though). Both Scrubs and Chuck are unique TV series and I dont really know if there are any similar ones. You can also try House, The Mentalist, Sherlock, and The L Word (if you're into some lesbian action. Well technically, it's just about lesbians :P)
There's loads, depending on what you like ofc. Theres; Grimm, Dracula, Sleepy Hollow all of which i enjoyed. There theres the original Avatar series if you havent already watched it, that was amazing. Chuck or Scrubs? Not entirely sure about, jsut watch Comedy Central :D
