Seasons 1 and 2 of Homeland are available on Netflix Canada, they are not available on the American version ... hence the confusion.
Netflix does have homeland, ive just finished watching series 2 its so good

Season 1 & 2 are on dvd on netflix, you get one DVD that usually has 3 to 4 shows on it, season 3 hasn't came out yet on Netflix, this is the latest season that started last Sept 2013 on showtime, season 4 which is suppose to premiere in sept of 2014 on showtime
