Don't know Perth but all you can do is visit all local newsagents and ask the owner if they need a paperboy/girl (I assume with a name like Bambi, you're a girl). Same process wherever you are.

I think you are old enough at 13. When I had a paper round in the early 1960s I went round to all the shops that sold newspapers (newsagents) and asked to be put on their list for when there was a vacancy. You could do the same?

I'm assuming you mean a paper route. Just call the paper's customer service number and inquire if they have any available routes in your area.
