It hit just north of Washington DC and struck much of New Jersey, then New York, parts of Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. The greatest damage was NJ/NY which is what is covered the most.
The major problems were in New Jersey, New York, and parts of Connecticut to a lesser degree.

I am in England. I know it affected parts of Canada,but not really sure of the states if the US.
