Why London need to vote for Boris johnson?

I like him after seeing him today on tv answering questions.

he is far better than that livingstone guy...

KENAGEN !! DEFFO!

London is a quite unusual city in terms of it's politics.

On the one hand it has a notoriously 'Puritan' history, one during which we actually hacked off the King's head in Whitehall.

Yes, I know, a long time ago, but memory fades very slowly in history.

One thing which most people are unaware of is that Londoners remain very largely unfazed by anything. When you see events such as the recent wedding of William and Kate here in London, only about five (5) percent of the people on the streets are ever actually from London. Londoners on the whole are not overly interested in Royalty and they cannot be pigeonholed either.

London has always been very tribal and add to this the 'north south divide' created by the River Thames and you can see the problem.

As for Boris, I really do not mind him being mayor of London.

Although I am a socialist myself, I will not vote for Ken Livingstone - he is a dodgy dealer in my opinion and a tax fraudster to boot. Think his tax dodging activities will cost him the Mayoral election anyway,

Boris or BoJo as we call him, gets my vote for this one incident.

Your rght - Boris comes over as a bit 'daffy' - but I believe his intentions/heart are too do his best for Londoners.

Livingston is a political crook from years ago - he 'still refusing' to present his 'proper' tax returns even after 'he' challenged Boris to reveal his - which he did - and they were seen to be in order.

Livingstone presented his 'suspect' version of 'his' tax returns 'still disguised' in a cloud of suspicion and tax avoidance as the media has reported again today.

Livingstone will go after the....ermmm....minority vote promising 'them' all and anything - he knowing most people have seen through his misleading promises in the past.

Livingstone has to much bad baggage from the past - he didn't get his nick name....Red Ken Livingstone for nothing.!!

Go Boris! Great entertainment and not frightened to speak out - even if it makes him look a twerp - he's got my vote! That Livingstone bloke is just George Galloway in disguise

When computers were first going into schools in the Eighties, Ken Livingstone was part of the Greater London Council who decided what their schools would have - and the decision was based on who paid him the most in backhanders! Acorn Computers, despite being the computer of choice for the majority of the country, was not chosen! He was underhand then - and nothing appears to have changed.

Give me Boris any day!

Boris is a selfish egotistical idiot but at least he doesn't seem to be a sly money-grubbing sleazebag like Ken Livingstone.

He has charisma, but more important than that Livingstone is well-in with Islam if a recent article by Melanie Philips is correct.

The elections will reveal that, but he has a lot of failures he has admitted.

The guy is a bumbling buffoon and an embarrassment to London. Admittedly Ken is a bit past his sell by date but he is worth voting for to show the right wing press that they can no longer manipulate election results with their vile attempts at lies and character assassination.

yes

think of some one with more hair

I'd rather have honest George Galloway.
