I agree with those who've commented that your dislike of those shows is partly because you're outgrowing them. However, a lot of the shows you've described are typically quite formulaic, especially Dora the Explorer. They're meant to be repetitive because preschoolers learn through repetition, though it's normal for people above the target age demographic to find them tiresome and annoying for those reasons. The shows you still like are ones that don't follow a strict formula, and that is probably why you still like them.
Because people making kids shows are just trying to make money. They know they make a retarded show and just make sure the people are talking loud or there's some action to entertain the kids. They are just doing what they have to do for their job. You can easily tell that. They aren't making the show because they want to make the show, so it's ****. Like most things now days.

I don't hardly watch tv anymore because all they have are stupid little kid shows. I don't watch Nick Jr or Disney Junior anymore the shows are just plain stupid and a waste of time. I can't stand Mickey Mouse anymore Mickey Mouse Clubhouse makes Mickey and friends look retarted. I don't like Special Agent Oso he's not even special he's a freakin idiot. I do like Doc Mcstuffins it's kind of cute but after a while it gets annoying. I can't watch Nick Jr because of Dora. Dora is bad for kids I think I hate it I didn't even like it when I was little. I hate Olivia talk about being a pig those girls on that show act like spoiled brats and are so mean to friends and family. Wallykazam what the hell is this ? I never seen it but it looks stupid to me. I do love the Paw Patrol that's the only cartoon on Nick Jr I can stand. It's cute and funny. It's one of my favorite cartoons. Caillou is a whiny brat and cries too much I'm 21 and I stopped watching Caillou when I was 5 ! I couldn't stand him. Max and Ruby are still annoying Ruby has an annoying voice. I don't watch anything on PBS Sprout. I like the original PBS. I still like Arthur , Martha Speaks and Clifford. Why are kids shows so stupid now ?
