He was going to be the great healer. Remember when he said he was a christian who had lived in a muslim country? He was so understanding, and kissing up to terrorists was going to make everything O K. Many liberals have this belief that if we just smile, and act a little nicer, then muslim terrorists will not want to kill us. His ego is just a lot bigger than most.
Heard recently that U.S. troops in Afghanistan will have to undergo sensitivity training. Don't sneeze in front of muslims, show them the bottom of your shoe Etc. Does he really think this is why they are killing our troops?

It was reported on CNN that he received faulty intelligence and when he found out it was faulty he told the truth but he was acting on what intelligence he had available to him.
