The 5 year old who plays Charlie (Mia Talerico) has an instagram account, and after the episode with the lesbian couple, Mia was getting death threats saying stuff like,"die! ******* die! Die in hell, ****!" And "commit suicide stupid *****!" Disney isn't sure why, but for mias Safety these comments are in investigation, and the show ended.
I have heard that it was canceled. I think after 4 seasons, Teddy going to college, that it was time to wrap it up. They will still play the old ones through 2014.
Charlie died of a drug overdose. Life happens.
