Lots of people getting this error today so I'm guessing it's a technical problem rather than a personal block. Sometimes it's temporary (like when yahoo is changing things around or there's a scheduling conflict) and it goes away after a few minutes. However, today, I for one haven't been able to vote or comment on news articles for the last few hours. Maybe try again tonight.
I'm getting the same error. But only when I try to make a commentary, I thought I was blocked too.
Keep trying, it may be a system error.
