Yes, Nick saw someone, not knowing it was Adam at the time.
Billy is covering his tracks, plus he's not in his right mind after an accident like that.. possible just confused.

I am very confused at this point. I thought it was Billy who got out because he showed up at home with Victoria on Monday's episode..
So I didn't see the show at all Tuesday, due to full coverage for the entire hour with our snow storm and sub zero weather... Are they saying now that Adam is dead>? We know he isn't because he is being re cast at some point down the line...
I guess I must have missed a lot on Tues episode
Billy is keeping the story about shooting Adam out of Paul's ear, when Paul said that the bottom of the SUV dropped into the river l think that's how they will explain Adam's ''resurfacing'' when they get a recast.
The rest of them saw what the script told them to see, l don't think you missed a thing, lol.

No we didn't miss a thing. Someone is actually lying and I think it was Billy. If Adam is alive Billy will be on the hunt for him.
1. We saw a guy kick out the back window and crawl out, then he walked up to the front and there was another hand sticking out of the car. It was shown in flashbacks that Billy was the one who kicked out the window, but he told Paul he didn't see Adam... now he clearly saw someone in the car so why lie about it? Unless its smoke and mirrors and the person who got out first was Adam? Then again that doesn't make sense either because as big of an ****** as Adam is he would NOT leave someone in that car, he feels tremendous guilt and no way he would allow Billy to die.
There was a hand. Nick did say someone was in the car & Paul said the guy in the car had no pulse. But yet Billy said there was nobody in the car. Im confused. : /
There was a hand coming out of the car. Nick probably did see someone in the vehicle, but he could not be sure who the person was. Adam could have help getting out of the car, and that the person who helped him could have been the one who got stuck in there after Adam got out. Anything is possible with the show.
It did show someone with their injured hand laying there and Nick did see someone but he was not able to see who before the explosion. I also believe that Billy saw Adam but does not want to admit it he wanted him to suffer anyway just like when he failed to tell Paul the gun went off before the crash
I think Billy was so out of it he can't remember .
First--we saw a hand pop out of the SUV
Second--Nick saw someone in the SUV and ran to the SUV but then it exploded
Third--Billy said he didn't see anyone in the SUV when he kicked his way out.
Did I miss something here?
