I just don't trust her..

I know someone said she is the one that hit Delia but not sure if that is true or not.

I don't like her and the rate she is going she will have Billy Boy in bed in no time, she needs a slap, fixing Billy's scarf like that ..... what's wrong with him he knows he is doing wrong?

Back to the day when Delia was hit, they showed Nikki driving her car, what was up with that? to throw us off?

Yes, there is something about her that is off! I don't think she hit Delia, she could be a plant of Victor's, IDK yet..

She sure is doing everything she can for and with Billy and she know he has a wife and son, and doesn't seem to care...

I don't think she hit Delia but she seems awfully eager to get close to Billy, something isn't right with her. I really think Victor hired her to come between Billy and Vikki (likely a prositute he hired) she probably needs the cash, and this is something Victor would do.

Part of me thinks Kelly might be the one who struck Delia but then again it doesn't sound right but there is something weird about her.

I kinda like her, though.

Not sure at this point. She does have an agenda and I bet Victor hired her to get Billy and Victoria apart. I thought at one time she might of been the one who killed Delia ... This is weird.

Yes there is something about her, I just don't know what. Some people are saying maybe she's working for Victor but I don't see how that is possible, she's been going to that group for a long time before the accident. But there is something I think she is hiding.
