No I cant see that happening. To me Noah and Courtney are to immature. Also I don't think Nick and Sharon are ready to be grand parents.
I doubt that they will write her pregnancy in the storyline, so they won't make Nick and Sharon grandparents quite yet.
Someday they will whenever Noah or Summer or Faith gets married. Even though Summer is not Sharon child she will still be a half/grandma...But hey! knowing Sharon that would tarnish her image!!!!!
It could happen, I mean Noah/Courtney have had an active sex life. I don't think the show will go that route though, althought it would be interesting if it did.
Please, those two biatches need to grow the hell up themselves, they're not ready to be grandparents....making old wrinkled Victor a great-grand dad would be something though!
