I think that Nikki or Dylan will be the first to realize it. Since Faith saw Ian talking to Summer, she may see him again, and tell Nikki.
Spoilers say for next Thursday that "Nick and Dylan form a plan to save Summer from Ian" which means they find out early next week.... I still think Nikki will be in the dark about this, Avery will find out around the same time her men do.
Yes, my DVR says Nick & Dylan try to help Summer. So it looks like they find out she has been meeting with Ian.
