If you remember from earlier this week when Chelsea threatened to take Connor to Paris, Chloe saw Chelsea get the passports from the cabinet in the living room. THEN, Chloe went and took off with the passports so that Chelsea could not leave the country with Connor. So Chloe already had the passports on her when when she called the cab today. I have no idea how she will pass herself off as Chelsea, unless Chloe has her own personal passport on her as well. I am thinking either she will get caught at the airport, or she will in fact take off out of the country and then panic when she finally comes to her senses and come back herself or after she is bought back by Kevin and company.

4. Spoilers say Victor and Chelsea find out Connor was taken by Chloe, they fly to Paris to confront her next week.
Earlier in the week, Chelsea was threatening to go to Paris with Connor...she was talking to Chloe. Chelsea got the passports out of the drawer or door...I'm not sure which...and, then Chloe talked her down. I think Chloe put the passports back where they were stored for Chelsea. That's how she knew where they were.
I bet they will.
She will be caught because Chelsea's picture doesn't look anything like Chloe.
She maybe gone but not for long.
Chloe saw where Chelsea kept the pass ports.
This may be when Chelsea has to call Victor. He is the only person who can find Chloe and Connor no matter where they are in the world. She will be indebted to Victor.
I really hope they catch Chloe with Connor before she leaves the country. Chloe has gone the deep end.
