Uhhhhh, they Never slept together... It was getting pretty Hot & Heavy, but then Billy stopped it and left in a Hurry... It showed it all w/o cutting away, and they only lost themselves in the moment for like 2 minutes!!! I'm glad this question was asked, because it's Really been bugging Me A LOT....!!!
Kelly said "yes" when Victoria asked on 2/18/2014. That should answer the question. I think the reasoning behind the non-visual is bc the scene was with the 'old Billy' actor. Now the 'new Billy' is reaping the wrath !

They had sex, both admitted it yesterday. As for having his jeans still on, us guys don't need to take our jeans off, just unzip and go to town, Billy was probably so into it and turned on that he forgot to take his jeans off.
I know, I saw that they still had some of their clothes on so NOT sure if they really had sex or not but they sure do seem to look guilty like they did.

From what I saw it looks like they stop before going any further. I thought I remeber Billy still having his jeans on when he got off the couch from being on top of Kelly. Did I miss a scene?
