Im sure she is jealous. But really she doesn't care to even come around Victor anymore or maybe Victor had planned it this way. I don't think there is any way to soften Victor up if he appears to be its just an act.
I don't even think Victoria IS aware of Chelsea/Victor bonding, so no at this point she's not jealous.... now once she gets wind of it I think she will be.
Why do I get the vibe that they'll hook Chelsea up with Victor? It sets the stage up for an Adam vs Victor war when he returns from the dead.

That could be possible, since Victoria shut Victor out way back, and now that her marriage to Billy is falling apart, Victor has moved to be a father figure to Chelsea.

a little jealous of Victor and Chelsea's NEW found father and daughter - law relationship? are the writers TRYING to soften up Victors image?
