I hope that it only happens in Soaps. I was thinking when I saw that part of the show, that how could a licensed therapist talk about a patient like that in a public place for everyone to hear.

happens on soap operas when your doctors sits in a public place and discusses your case ...... in the case were Sharon's doctor is sitting there chatting up a storm and Victor just happens to be there and listening.
