I'm disappointed with his acting ability.
He's kinda weak.
Well I'll give him few more weeks...
I give it another couple of weeks when things on the show start to get boring. As for that article, it may have been the strongest last week and some this week but that is dues to what was going to happen with Adam and Billy only, otherwise I can see it going down from here...and pretty fast.
I have to tell ya tho, I'm not liking this new Billy. theres something odd about his looks or his eyes, I just can't put my finger on it yet.
I think the ratings will go down. They were high at that time because everyone wanted to see what was going to happen between Billy & Adam. Alot of fans are still watching because the s/l is still going on, they want to see if they find Adam's body.
I hate the fact that they're both gone but I plan to still watch. Im sure they are alot of fans who will but I have read that they are alot of fans who wont watch anymore.
Billy & Adam were a very big part of Y&R even without the Delia s/l.
I am trying to be optimistic about those 2 guys who are gone. Yes it will take time for this actor who is playing Billy but im giving him a chance. As for the ratings I see it going down but I bet it will rebound. It might take a while though. We all miss BM and MM but we do with anyone who leaves.
The ratings may go down a bit. I know that the 2 characters will be missed. Will just have to wait and see how they do with new ones. I will give them a chance but it isn't the same without BM and MM
I think most of the long time viewers will probably continue to watch, even though they are pissed about losing Michael, Billy and Michelle.
when you're a "SOAPS JUNKIE".... you'll put up with a whole lot of $%!#...... I speak from experience :)
It could be possible that they will go down for awhile, but they will eventually go back up.
leaving the ratings will go down? some long time viewers were said that they were giving up Y&R when these two left and were unhappy the way the soap is going.
Article from The Wrap .... The departures of “The Young and the Restless” cast members Michael Muhney and Billy Miller ― and showdown between their characters Billy Abbott and Adam Newman ― helped drive the soap to its best ratings week since 2008, and contributed to an eight-year high for CBS’s daytime slate overall.
For the week ending Feb. 2, “The Young and the Restless” averaged 5.73 million total viewers ― its strongest showing since the week ending Feb. 29, 2008. (In the women 25-54 demographic, “Y&R” scored a 2.3 rating/12 share, its best weekly performance since Feb. 2011.)
