Victor has NO right to say anything about Billy getting it on with Kelly given that his own son screwed another woman while married and ended up knocking her up, and not just that leaving his wife for her as well.
However this is Victor and he feels rules don't apply to him, so yea he'll say something like "He's a no good punk and he always will be you need to leave him! How will Victoria reply? Probably defensively because she doesn't want to admit Victor is right in this situation...
Yep but regardless of whether Victor put Kelly up to seducing Billy or not, BILLY is the one who's responsible for his own actions. Nobody forced him to kiss Kelly. If Victor did set them up, Victoria should drop BOTH of them. I know Billy is hurting but cheating is not an excuse.
I wonder if Billy is kissing the enemy or is the h&r killer Alex "Zach". He has more than 1 identity & if he's into drugs like Courtney maybe he was high when he hit Delia. He's a dirty cop & knows how to hide evidence. Just a speculation..
I guess she will eat those words now. I hate what Billy is doing to her. And yes I would like to see a new improved Victoria. Yes to me Heather Tom to me was a better Victoria.
He has been telling her that for so long, it is getting old. He told her that when Billy went to Myanmar, and when Victoria got kidnapped, and through Billy's gambling addiction. I won't be surprised if Victoria finally tunes dear old dad out, and quits listening altogether.

Oh yeah, I can hear Victor already. In his eyes, his always right about Billy boy! Not to mention everybody & everything! He can be so insensitive at times! I like Victor but sometimes he does get on my nerves!
