I think it was a random drunk driver.
Chloe was with Kevin at the movies when it happened.
Time to understand some scientific facts here
1. Adam was driving at 8:03pm, listening to music and he heard the amulance race by (either to Delia or after) either way she was struck at 8:00pm, Adam could not have been the driver
2. Even if he was in the same location at the same time, Delia died from injuries to the head, neck and chest which implies frontal damage. When Adam was coming down the road it was shown Delia had her back turned in the bushes, when Adam swerved to avoid the dog then he tumbled in, so if he hit her (big if) she would have died from back/spinal injuries, not chest/neck/head injuries.
3. Delia is a big girl, not some toddler (I would say she's about 4'3, 70lbs) roughly the size of a small deer. I can tell you from experience hitting something that sized would do a lot more damage then chipping a headlight. My sister was driving home from work one night and this small deer jumped out in front of her, she managed to just clip it and even by doing that it left a dent the size of a fist just above her headlight.
Whoever struck Delia a) saw Delia b) hit her head on c) didn't stop before/after striking her d) has more damage to his/car vehicle then just a chipped headlight.
Also if you remember the scene when Adam pulled into the PH garage there was a mystery person who had Delia's scarf and walked over to Adam's SUV and placed the scarf underneath it before sneaking off. The person appeared to be a woman (you could tell by the figure) and the glove hand, whoever that person was I think was the driver and wanted to pin it on Adam.
I have mixed feelings on this..
First off, I do not think it was Adam at all..
Then thought maybe Nicky, and Kelly..
Now I think it was a hit and run, someone no one knows..
It's the blonde haired lady-Kelly.
I always thought it was Nikki they showed her driving she had her mind on other things and wasn't paying attention ...... lets face it ..... we know it wasn't Adam he was just a scapegoat.
I think it was just a hit and run driver.
